ISDC Head @ Chennai

1 Main responsibilities
ISDC is the Information Systems Development Center of our client,A Fortune 100 global Automotive major.
It provides development and maintenance services on an allocated portfolio of applications, as well as IS related other services, such as technical support/expertise, quality audits, etc.
The ISDC Head is responsible for the management of this entity. His/her main objectives are :
• To position durably ISDC as the best development center of the alliance in terms of operational results (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
• To control and optimize the costs of the organization, and deliver the expected savings
• To develop ISDC value added to the alliance IS/IT through highly skilled personnel, addition of new services and optimized practices
His/her main responsibilities would therefore include :
• The definition and the procurement of the means necessary to the fulfillment of ISDC mission at the best cost and within the defined budget
• The operational monitoring to ensure the delivery of the provided services with the best QCD
• The building of the center strategy in relation with the alliance IS/IT strategy, and the implementation of this strategy through tactical planning and KPI definition
2 Detailed mission
• Defines the strategy of the organization in accordance to the Alliance IS/IT strategy
• Defines and rolls out a tactical plan in consistency with the strategy through the following tools :
- KPI
- Organization structure
- Sourcing model
- Employee retention strategy
- Talent identification, recognition and improvement strategy
- Quality policy
- Synergies with other group companies in India.
- Benchmarking activities
- Any other relevant tool
• Defines and follows the organization KPIs
• Reports monthly to DSIR on ISDC performance
• Defines the yearly budget in relation with Finance and DSIR economic performance
• Monitors the expenses against the budget and the activity, and triggers adjustments when needed
• Ensures the operational performance of the organization through strict monitoring of ISDC activities (QCD of projects, total cost of ownership of applications, effectiveness of support teams…)

Head Commercial @ Mangalore

The role is responsible for controlling and managing the financial operations of our client ensuring budget controls, inventory control and accounting, working capital and cash flows and adherence to statutory and legal compliances.
1)Budget Management
Preparation of Financial Performance levels and monitoring on regular basis for adherence.
Ensure implementation of procedures for monitoring, reporting and approval of Budget and Cash overruns.

Plant Head @ Pondicherry

This role is responsible for the achieving production target at optimum cost , quality and time in order to enable the vertical fulfil production targets and lead overall functioning of the plant.Execute annual business plan for the unit.Drive manufacturing initiatives that drive superior unit performance.Ensure safe operations in the plant .Formulate and review budgets.Plant organization structuring and Development.Liasion with government officials for statutory compliance.
