ü Establishing the yearly & perspective business plan & budgets.
ü Based on the business plan, fix KRA's for the next level managers in Corporate Finance.
ü Budget review and take appropriate corrective action.
ü Managing the foreign exchange risk.
ü Managing debt / equity ratio.
ü Developing investment policies.
ü Monitoring corporate risk.
ü Ensure compliance with all state / Domestic and foreign tax laws.
