Position : Business Development Manager – Power & Energy. The position reports to the Business Manager.
Qualification : BE (Electrical Engineering)
Experience : Minimum 12 years experience in Power generation / Distribution, EPC Sector
1. Brief Job Description
i. Responsible for driving Revenue & Profitability targets of Power & Energy Business.
ii. Responsible for entire gamut of activities, from acquisition of business to execution.
iii. Developing and maintaining excellent network of contacts, market intelligence and liaising with all government, semi government and private bodies and departments.
iv. Developing new business opportunities and clients.
v. Responsible for accreditation / pre qualification with Power & Energy sector bodies, both private and government.
2. Critical Skills required
i. Excellent knowledge of estimation, bidding, evaluation and all commercial aspects of Power & Energy projects
ii. Ability to liaise with all major government and private sector bodies and build long term relationship.
iii. Ability to develop and manage teams and achieve business results through people.
