Holiday Cookies-An Award Winning Recipe.

1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
Lemon juice
4 large eggs
1 cup nuts
2 cups of dried fruit
1 bottle Bacardi 151 Rum
Sample the rum to check quality.
Take a large bowl, and check the rum again to be sure it is of the highestquality,
pour one level cup and drink.
Turn on the electric mixer.
Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl.
Add one teaspoon of sugar.
Beat again.
At this point it's best to make sure therum is still OK,
try another cup just in case.
Turn off the mixerer thingy.
Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit,
Pick the frigging fruit off floor.
Mix on the turner.
If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it loose with a drewscriver.
Sample the rum to check for tonsisticity.
Next, sift two cups of salt, or something.
Check the rum again jush in case.
Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.
Add one table.
Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find.
Greash the oven.
Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over.
Don't forget to beat off the turner.
Finally, throw the bowl through the window,
finish the bottle of rum and make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher.

Manufacturing Engineers
Require Mechanical and Electrical / Electronics engineers to be leaders in a new manufacturing setup. The manufacturing plant shall manufacture complex equipment for the Oil and Gas industry.
Key Functions:
· Assists the engineering team on manufacturability concepts during the design phase to ensure the manufacturability of new designs at product commercialization.
· Review and evaluate progress in development of design and evaluation techniques for manufacturing. Modify methods and designs where necessary.
· Development, evaluation, and implementation of the required processes, and their improvement, for internal and sometimes, external manufacturing.
· Supplier identification, negotiation and qualification for out sourced manufacturing of machined parts and electronic components.
· Estimating manufacturing costs by working closely with the purchasing group

Education/Experience Required
· Not more than 3 years working experience in a similar position with a manufacturing organization.

Supply Chain Specialists

Five Point Someone-A Must Read Book

Happened to read the Five Point Someone by Chetan Bhagat recently.
This guy knows to write-For Sure!!
It is a story about 3 friends in IIT-Delhi.
And it tells us what not to do in an IIT.
Most of the people who studied in a Hostel & if it is an Engg College Hostel can very easily relate to all the incidents in the book.
The Book is very fast-paced with one Incident after another leaving you with stomach cramps after laughing so hard.
It is very rarely that one laughs while reading a book,and this one is simply unputdownable.
Go read it to Believe it.
