We have a new opening for a Process Engineer to be based at Bangalore
CTC-Up to 7 Lakhs per Annum
Job Purpose- To Establish process and product requirements, perform feasibility studies on the new project/part in question. Improvement on project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Development of cost models for new parts
Ø Maintain cost models for existing parts
Ø Liaise with sales and customers to layout and design parts on AutoCAD
Ø Source for local flatbed tooling, and/or run easy First Article (FA) on 3 station 1B.
Ø Manage all paperwork on FA’s
Ø Assist with the engineering document and entering into Global Die Cut Database
Ø Verify new product specifications and work with customers on manufacturability requirements
Ø Fabricate and test run of production moulds and jigs/fixtures before handover to production for mass production.
